Spectrum Movement is a Seattle-based functional movement education service offering personal training and group exercise classes.
Spectrum Movement training focuses on movement fundamentals to build a solid base of mobility, strength, endurance, and durability for any sport or activity. Our systematic approach to screening, assessment and exercise programming incorporates time-tested tradition and modern exercise science. We use systematic testing (the Functional Movement Screen, or FMS) to create individualized programs and to objectively verify progress. Our programs incorporate exercise principles derived from disciplines as diverse as developmental neuroscience, Russian kettlebell lifting, Yoga, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, body-weight training, calisthenics, and Indian club swinging.

Eric Pranzarone is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist and Hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor. Eric has trained athletes, fire fighters, dancers and general fitness clients of all ages.
